Reservation Policies

Cancellations: $25 cancellation fee applies. Reservations are non-refundable within 3 days of arrival. No refunds for early departures.

Site Capacity: All rates based on 3 guests and 1 vehicle per site. Additional guests $4/night.

Taxes: All nightly stays under 30 days are assessed 12.5% state lodging tax.
